How about a pair o' damsels for the Nose? A man who could pleasure two girls at the same time.

Well, he is a private eye, so I guess that technically qualifies him as a "dick". But I'd rather have him keep his nose out of other people's nether regions.

Vince M said...

Gracias, Andres.

Each progressive entry leave me coming away ever more impressed! Truly, you’re a man for all seasons.

Particularly love your Dracula and Frankenstein!

Captain Pee-Jay, thanks for checking in. But I think your estimations of my skills are being fogged up by our friendship. ( I appreciate it.)
I'm really glad that some of this dreck I've been posting pleases someone.

I've always been nutz about Frankenstien's Monster & Count Dracula. Especially after seeing Jack Davis' versions of these two kooks in the late '50s, hence the approach.

Stay well, Peege.

Your stuff has a cool retro feel. I didn't know people could still draw this well.

Spleenal, thanks for the visit and the kind words. Saw your work and really like it.

Kimzie, I've been going to "Todays Inspiration" for almost a year now. I can't get enough of print illustration from the '50s and '60s. The Readers Digest collection of a few weeks back heavily influenced this latest group of pencil and ink sketches.
It's a great blog. Check it out.

Vince,
Brilliant inks as usual.....you've got a real gift my friend.
I like seeing the whole pad of paper on the brown backdrop....nice touch.
Oh, by the way....nice photo on your profile. You've inspired me....I'm gonna have to post something.

Vince M said...

Thanks, Marcelo. I love the work on your blog.

Thanks for the kind words and the profile photo, Ry. You're one of the few photographers in this world who can make me look human.

Hi Vince, this is such great stuff, they're so alive. Your brush pours out light and form in bold strokes.
My favorite is probably Gaucho but it took me a while to decide.

Vince M said...

Hi Max! Thanks so much for the visit and the generous comments.

I hope you're doing well.

max said...

I'm doing quite well thanks but I'm mostly in front of the computer and although I enjoy that too I feel a need to use some real brush.

Thanks for the generous comments, Oscar. But I can't take credit for my mastery of the Spanish language, I use a website "translator".
