'Nose Noir...

The blueline sketch is new. The rest of them were inked twenty years ago...

There are many things I appreciate about your talents, Vince, but one of the greats is your storytelling ability, both in words and pictures. You and Tan are both real good at doing this. I just love looking around at your illustrations and having bits of the story laid out for me like crumbs down the beaten path.

Thanks for the kind words, Hutch.
Much olbliged, as Skip would say.
How're YOU doin'?

I'm gonna mosey on over to your blog, now...

I gues it's a case of "probiscus familiarus"!

Keep your thumb on it, Ry.

Wow Vince, these are fantastic! A master in our midst.
I wish we had a chance to work together.
Maybe someday. It's a small, unpredictable world we traffic in after all.
When your memoirs come out, I want to reserve a copy in advance.
By the way, thanks for your thoughtful comments as always.

This guy keeps getting better and better! Your drawing has improved since '87....I guess 20 years will do that, eh??

What a great way to start the day, comments from three creative artists I admire! Thanks for the kind words Dan, Jim and Ryan.

It was great to see you a few weeks ago Dan, hope to see you again soon.

Love the great strides you've been taking with your oil painting Jim. And I'm also hoping we get to work together someday. I still can't get over those beautiful Pooh concepts!

Ry, every piece in this post is at least 20 years old. I'm about to begin cobbling together a story strip featuring The 'Nose in the next few weeks.

Thanks for checking in guys, I really appreciate it.

Thanks, Big Guy. I hope we get a chance to get together with Ken Bald and Vic Spadoni for lunch when I'm in NYC in early May.
