Thanks, Max. I tried to give the top one an even more wonky feel by flopping the image. The top image is in the 'rubber hose' style of early animation, the second one is a '30s newspaper strip approach.
Glad you like, Whitney.
The top image was inked with a Micron Pen #8 and a little bit of touching up with a Marvy Ultra-Writer.
The second image was inked with a beat-up Pigma Brush Pen. I did as little penciling as possible so I could draw with the brush.
And Bjorn is a character I came up with in the mid '90s. I've posted a picture of him, in original design at the bottom.
The bycicle wasn't up yet when I commented. It's great. The folds in his trusers, and all the other details, they really bring it to life. Unfortunately Blogger is doing that thing that it does recently where it shows only a smaller picture when you click on it. Frustrating. But it's so good it deserves its own post.

Thankyou!

That one is from '96. One of the first Bjorn inks. Thanks D.
I agree with Dorota. The attention to detail is great!

Thanks Ry, I remember enjoying that one in spite of the details like the tire spokes.
It's not Blogger's fault, Max. I reduced the size from the original, perhaps too much. I put it up to show the original Bjorn to Whitney.
