a selection of visuals, new & old...
He looks as good as ever.
Why’d you change the size of the images? It was looking fine.
Thanks, Max.Hi Peej! How have you been?I decided to show the sketches closer to actual size and as they were drawn, instead of cropped and enlarged.
These are nice drawings....you coulda left them big. They look even better up close. This guy reminds me of someone, I just can't quite put my thumb on it. The Late Night Blogger
nice drawings vin.
Fun characters! Going to paint one up, perhaps in Photoshop?
Ry- I became a bit self-concious with the larger size jpegs and the individual crops, so I decided to show them in their original, as drawn size.Ya know, he reminds me of someone, too. I guess we all draw what we can relate to.Rich- Without your influence I wouldn't even have a blog. I think of you every time I post, thank you for the inspiration and encouragement.Dorota- I'm glad you like my little character. I loved seeing your abstract paintings today and I hope you create more of them.Craig- It's been wonderful working with you at DCP. I hope you stay in touch, and wish you luck in the days ahead. As far as re-visiting these sketches in photoshop goes, I probably won't. What I really want to do with this character is a few short comic book stories. I've been drawing this guy for twenty five years and have a folder full of inspirational sketches and story ideas, but I can never seem to find the time to pull it together.
