Concept rough for a comic book I'm working on --
I'm trying to get a Neal Adams 1969 DC Comics feeling for this cover.
Here are a couple of examples of Neal's cover artwork from the late '60s...
As you can see, I've got a rough road ahead of me.

Who?
Neal Adams. Very popular comic book artist from the '60s and '70s.
No "Google" on your planet, Hutch?
So what you're saying is...."this ROUGH...has a ROUGH road ahead.."
That's very clever. Again I see you're inspired by the 1969 theme, which I think is great.
Hey, now there's 3 comments on here from 3 idiots! ; )
I look forward to see this one coming Vince.
Great samples there, the top one "stop that kid before he wrecks the world" is hilarious.
Yes, I do anticipate a rough road to completing this one, Ry. Plenty of material to sew together in the script. And I am continuing with the 1969 theme in this comic book. I also hope I get the chance to sketch some more rock stars and others from that fabled year soon.
Thanks Max. I'll try not to let you down. I must admit that I'm having fun cobbling this comic book together, although it makes me wonder how some artists and writers can knock this stuff out every month. It's a lot of work.
